What is Numara Wellness?

Numara Wellness is a daily reflection app that helps you understand what's actually going on beneath the surface. A brief guided session each day — three prompts, two to four minutes — deepens self-awareness, surfaces recurring patterns, and builds meaningful insight over time.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by opening the app and tapping "Sign up" on the login screen. You can also use the app as a guest without creating an account.

What's included in the Premium subscription?

Premium unlocks weekly and monthly AI-generated insights that surface patterns across your reflections, multi-day guided journeys, deep guidance features (The Lens and Shadow Work for your weekly intention), mid-week intention reframing, and personalized recovery intelligence.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel your Numara Wellness subscription.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@meandering2light.com with your request.
